The Coburg Hill Shopping Centre in Elizabeth Street, Coburg North opened its doors to the public on 9 April. The three-level purpose-built development has been 2 years in the making, and features a mix of retail and residential sites. Jett’s Gym and 10 residential apartments occupy the first floor, while four retailers – Woolworths, Degani’s Café, Regency Pharmacy, Coburg Hill Oral Care – have set up shop on the ground floor, with two other tenancies to follow. There are 164 car parking spaces (210 in total on-site) in the underground level of the building, along with Crystal Carwash who are a valet operated carwash. Major retail tenant Woolworths (open from 7am until 10pm 7 days a week)
